FALL MARKET
The Fall Market, hosted by the First Christian Church of Madera, features arts, crafts, food trucks, giveaways, and more. Friends of Madera County Library will be sponsoring a booth to distribute information and gently used books.

When: Saturday, November 15, 2025; 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM; setup/teardown times to be announced
Where: First Christian Church, 2300 Sunset Avenue, Madera
Why: To promote Friends of the Madera County Library, support Madera County Library, and provide books to the public - old and new books, large and small. All genres for all ages, including books for home schooling and other educational books.
Who: Open to the public
Pricing: Event entry is free. Book prices are by donation only. Take a book, leave a donation in the FMCL Donation Jar.

TREES FOR CHARITY
Madera Sunrise Rotary is hosting the 40th Annual Trees for Charity in which Christmas trees are decorated then auctioned off to the highest bidder. Friends of the Madera County Library will be meeting at Hatfield Hall in the morning to decorate the FMCL tree. The theme this year is March of the Toys.

The Friends of the Madera County Library holds events each year to recognize the Madera County Library staff and all of the work they do to bring literacy to the community. This event is open only to Friends members and library staff.

FMCL ANNUAL RUMMAGE SALE
The Friends of the Madera County Library is holding its annual rummage sale at the Madera Tribune parking lot. The sale will feature books (of course), furniture, exercise equipment, a wide variety of household items, and an excellent selection of items of all types. There is no charge to attend, so stop by and find that special something you haven't seen anywhere else!
